Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Guest mode lets you add and organise plots on this device. Create an account to move your guest records into your account. Browser storage can be cleared, so guest mode is not a backup.
What works without an internet connection?
Guest property records are stored locally on your device. Previously viewed map tiles may be available offline. Signing in, cloud documents, and account updates need an internet connection.
Does a mapped boundary replace a land survey?
No. Map boundaries help organise your records. They are not a legal survey or proof of ownership. Use verified documents and a qualified surveyor for legal or boundary decisions.
